ICR skipping page 3 on OE Acknowledgement

We have a problem with the Crystal version of the Order Acknowledgement locking up and skipping page 3 on longer orders. All the information will be there, but it goes from page 2 to page 4. Page 3 is evidently blank. When you try to view it on the screen, it gives a memory error. We are currently printing page 1-2, then 4-* Any better suggestions? Anyone else have this problem?

WHat version of Macola re you on? I just tested this with no problems. You should probably email Macola and ask for an updated version of the ICR.

There have been many corrections to ICRs. Always a good idea to get the most current before attempting to modify, as well.

We are on 7.6.2, and are supposed to be going to 7.6.3 in two weeks.

How do we update our ICRs?

ICRs update automatically when you update versions of Macola. If you cannot wait for the 76300 version, I would email Macola.
