ICP3300 is connected to 3rd party SIP peer

We integrated ICP3300 to 3rd party call center using Polycom IP phone via SIP trunk.
We are getting zombie phone error almost every 3 seconds in the log. I need a help to understand what it means and how I can get rid of these message?

I also get every 10 secondes a log notice.
But only after I upgraded from 9.0 to MCD4.1
We haven't got any problems, but i also want to get rid of these message.
We are using a sip trunk to vodafone NL

so any ideas? we have found that the entry is from carrier and we are working currently to try and eliminate the entries.
