The problem is rather simple in function but apparently complex in design.
When a call comes in from at&t via the PRI’s it hits the switch and via the DCNO table the DCNO table points to CDN for the Peri IVR and everything works, we get DNIS in the IVR and it appears in the Softphone display upon transfer out.
When a call comes in from at&t via the PRI’s it hits the switch and via the DCNO table the DCNO table points to CDN for the ICP IVR, the DNIS is not sent to the IVR. We don’t get DNIS in the IVR and it doesn’t appear in the Softphone display upon transfer out.
I have been told that I need a ACDN for SIP, if so, what is the difference between a ACDN for TDM and SIP?

Are you using two different routes, one for the Peri IVR and one for ICP IVR, if so does the ICP IVR route need to have DNIS = YES on it?

yes, dnisa is set to yes, but when i enter the table i want it to look at, it causes major problems within the way calls are being directed.

Can you print your RDB?

Not sure if ACDN SIP is required without better understanding of the call flow, especially as one setup works and the other doesn't. Maybe compare side by side and look for differences.

Others may help you out if you provide more print outs....
