ICONS! How do you make them really work?

Is there a way to make an Icon really work?
I goto project info...
attatch an icon
re-compile
in windows explorer the icon shows on the .exe in Large Icon view
but if you goto Detail view it shows the FOX ICON!!! aaah!
also if you goto a dialog window (any program.. file.. open..) and view the exe it is a Fox and not my attatched icon....
ALSO if you right click and say New Shortcut in any folder and create a shortcut to the exe it uses the Fox Icon! not my attatched icon..
I have nothing against foxes but please tell me how to get rid of them! >
(if its possible?)

ICON?? ICON?? ICON?? ICON?? Thats my problem from the very start I use VF in developing system. In my experience and VF only accept 16 color. If still bugging you try to create a setup for distribution ......... dencios [sig][/sig]

Try this:
_SCREEN.Icons="myicon.ico"
You must create two def. size of ur icon.
16x16 and 32x32

Hi DJ,

To elaborate on what August said, you need to have 2 images in your .ico file. One 16x16 and one 32x32.
