ICONS for a VB Program

I am in the process of writing a VB program that will rely heavily on the usage of ICONS. Anyone know of a place on the web where I can download free ICONS, and, be able to use them in my own shareware?

They have links to other sites as well. There are lots. I recommend you get an icon editor program so you can brew your own as well.
