Icon Problem

I had an icon in my TForm.Icon property and my
/projects/options property. Later on I redesigned
the icon and I changed it in the afore mentioned properties.
Now when I right click on the executable it still shows the
old icon when I click on properties in the Windows Explorer.
And furthermore I cannot seem to get rid the old Icon.

Any advice would be very very welcome (it's driving me nuts),
