Icon on Desktop with VB6 Package and Deployment

Hi All

Please help...

Im using VB6 SP5 and its normal Package and Deployment wizzard (Cant afford Installshield... anything else that I can use??) . I want to distribute an application and want the Setup file(s) to put a shortcut to the application on the desktop of the person who installs the program. This must work for Win9x,2000 and XP



Then just another quick question..

Im using a Access 2000 database as backend with my Vb6 frontend program, but learned that users with Win95 and Win98 needs to install DCOM95 and DCOM98 before using it. I included these files, but is it legal to just include them or are there some licensing issues ?

Thanks - any advise would be appreciated !
