icon not showing when building exe

In Visual Studio 2005, when I build my project into an executable the Icon I selected for the application is not showing for the executable, just the generic icon.

Anyone know why?

I should clarify, the icon does show in the caption of the application running, but the application icon of the actual program only shows the default icon when building an application and not the selected icon.
