Icon for and application?

Surely this is an easy one but it is driving me nuts.

The situation:
Using VB6 with SourceSafe. I am the only one using this project at the moment.

The problem:
Under Project|Properties - Make, I set the Icon to be the Icon for my MDI form and save it, compile it, work all day with, ect. But when I close the project and reopen it, the icon is back to the default icon and I have to go back in and change it.

How can I get it to be persistant?
