icom 777 rings busy

5 slot mounting 308 308 509 partner mail vs 5 EMPTY slot

using ext 39 and 40 with a 2 port card. icom 777 rings busy as do ext 39 and 40. Am I using the correct exts?

39 and 40 are correct. Remove the expansion cards, put it in slot 1, try 23 & 24, if good, move to slot 2, add back 1 of the 308's, try 30 & 31

If the moves also ring busy, replace the voicemail. The Avaya Partner Messaging R7 is the best bet at this point.

Still fails, run light on mail card blinks slowly. Kinda thought it was a bad card, will call vendor in the AM. Got a customer with this setup, needs help, trying to match system.
