I want to know which icmp types that I must allow & which I must prevent to enter to my servers which are lying behind PIX.

You should allow icmp only for testing issues...otherwise would it be a safety leak..

Did u mean I must disallow all types of icmp including port unreachable

No the pix denies everything ... you just have to permit traffic !
