ICM Intercom on flex button ring tone

Hello we have an ICM Door intercom on a dkt port and it works fine, assigned to a flex key

However when someone presses the call button the flex key lights but does not ring

How do we get the ICM to ring when the flex button lights ?

Hi,

If the system is an ipLDK you will need to ensure that the ICM Box ringing is set ON for the stations to receive ring from the door phone.
This is in PGM 111 flexable key 6 - ICM Box Signalling
