Currently seeking a Senior ICM Routing Guru with heavy design and architecture background. This position is located in the Philadelphia, Pa region and pays 100-125k for base salary, plus bonus (full time position).

This person will help adapt ICM to new technologies introduced to a multi-state and country complex call center environment.
