ICM 6.0 Limitations of Agents / Calls

Does any one know a CISCO Documentation which gives information of the maximum of calls per hour / maximum number of agents / maximum CTI Connections
for different kind of configurations.

We are using ICM 6.0 with 5 Servers;
1 for Administration Workstation
2 for ICM / CTI OS Client / IPCC-PG /IVR-PG (1 is redundant)
2 for IVR (1 is redundant)

We are afraid that the system collapse if the PG's are installed on the same Servers then the rest of the applications.
