ICI Connector installation

Hello guys :

I want to use ICI Connector in order to inegrate SAP with our IPOCC system.

I folow documents setting.(But

1. p.15 setup3 can not set "Type: System". (it is dimmed and cant be chosen)
2- p.19 what is the avaya license client and where to find this !!
3. p.35 setup19 TTdisplay no "item 12 ICI". (although I followed the document step by step !)
4. p.37 setup3, what is the service password requested and what is the default username and password ?!
