I am currently running Windows XP Pro sp1. When I turn on ICF I am unable to receive IM's from my Exchange server and my inbox does not automatically refresh when there is new mail. I can send out IM's fine and when I click on any folder in Outlook I will get my mail. If I turn off ICF then I have no problem with either. Is there a port or two that I am missing? I have seen other help that suggests opening roughly 2000 ports. If that is the case, I will not use ICF. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
