Hello All
Thanks in advance
I have an NS700 with version 9 on it
All calls are answered by CS1
Option 2 goes to ICD 602 if not answered goes to ICD 601
Option 3 goes to ICD 603 if not answered goes to ICD 601
Option 4 goes to ICD 604 if not answered goes to ICD 601

ICD 601 is fna to 500

If option 2 was selected call ends up in ICD 602 mailbox
If option 3 was selected call ends up in ICD 603 mailbox
If option 4 was selected call ends up in ICD 604 mailbox
Is there any way to get all unanswered calls from any group to go to one mailbox

On a side issue calls would not forward to ICD 601 until I changed the transfer sequence to FXD
Can someone clarify the effect of the D setting –is it handind control of the call back to the PBX from the UM

Thanks to all on here for all the info

Probably that could help:

D - disconnect
F - flash (recall)
R - RBT detect
T - dial tone detect
X - extension dialling
, - pause (default 1 s)
; - pause (default 3 s)

The programmed vm in this case won’t work as that is for third party units that need a string sent.
I could be wrong and is worth a try
It is hard to get them into one mailbox’s on the Panasonic.

I have not done it for a while but if you send it to a unused extension or ps that is forwarded to the Vm and use it’s personal AA to send to the groups, when it is timed out and sent back to the voicemail it should go to that extension voicemail. Can’t remember if it goes back to it AA though

Other way is to get the messages automatically transferred to one mailbox, 10 minutes is the shortest time you can set for receiving the message and it transferring.

You can also have message waiting buttons on a phone for the 3 mailboxes that will light if a new message arrives and you press it to bring it to that mailbox

Thanks Ired for replying
Setting a mailbox in that column had no effect.
Obt thank you, auto forward works fine,
The auto transfer can be as low as 1 minute
Thanks again you have been a great help with all your posts
