ICD Group Problem

We have a customer that has a KX-TDE600. The system has several ICD groups setup and working.
We are trying to setup another ICD group with 4 portable ext. and 1 desk phone.
The problem is when you call the new ICD group, you get a busy. The ext. are ok as you can dial each one and get an answer.
Has anyone had the same problem?

I have tried to setup several ICD Groups and PS ring groups with existing ext. that work in other groups. No matter which group you call, you get a busy. Although you can call an existing group with no problem.

I setup ICD group 630 with 4 ext. 322, 326, 327, 328. When you call 630 you get a busy. I tried other ICD groups and the same thing happens. you get a busy.
I tried setting up these 4 ext. in a PS ring group and the same thing happens.
The odd thing is the existing ICD groups are okay. When you dial the ICD number the ext. in the group rings.

so even if u set the 4 Portable extensions in an PS Ring Group and you call (670) the phone gets an bussy here?

I know it sounds stupid, but did u try update your TDE?
