ICD Agent cannot go into ready

Greetings,

I have an agent who can log into the agent desktop but cannot go into the ready state. I restarted the CTI Manager service on both the pub and sub but that didn't help.

Any ideas anyone?

Yes DBW that was the first thing I did. What seemed to work was removing the device association with rm user. I then associated the device again and all is good.
