I have a BCM 50 with ICCR. When I try to log into the reporting server with a user name of "admin" and pass of 0000 I get invalid password. I need to know how to recover the admin password. I am a little confused since I removed the ICCR program from the Reporting Server and reloaded and it still contained the System Administrator "User admin" settings and did not allow me to log in under "admin" with a password of 0000.
Please help me.

Try using the existing log in details,
As far as i remember they are saved.

Snowman is correct the password is saved on the BCM you can go into the BCM and launch CallPilot Manager navigate to General properties you will then see CC reporting Server Password, just put in a new password.

Snowman/DJ4020, but the password you are referring to is the password ICCR uses to establish a connection to the BCM. I believe CRIMobile is referring to the login password on the ICCR server webpage.

Username: admin and password: 0000 is default, but requires it to be changed at first login. In order to have this password reset, you will need to modify the user table in the SQL database. If you know SQL, then you can probably find it, otherwise you will need Nortel support to have this password reset for you.

Have you tried the old password yet

I was referring to the login admin/password not the CCRS
Try using the existing admin and password for the reporting login.
eg admin
then enter your old password.

If you have uninstalled and reinstalled the reporting software it keeps the old password from the ones that i have done.

Yes DBrewsky that is the password I was refering to. Sounds like I have a problem then. I will research some more and see if anybody changed the password. I was afraid it was a big issue. Thanks so much!!!
