ICCM Agent Skillset Management error

I am receiving some repetitive errors in my alarm monitor. We are running SCCS 4.2. We are getting a pair of errors, 48115 and 48116. Both say they are call transfer errors. There is one script that, when we out it, stops the errors. However, there are only 4 lines in the script. There is the Where statement, one line for one CDN, one line for default, and the End Where statement. It's a really non-impactive script. Has anyone else seen this error?
