Greetings!
I have a BCM50 6.0 and have the keycodes needed for ICC.

I am trying to use ICC to help me manage incoming calls on my extension.

I would like all exterior incoming calls to be put on hold with a greeting until
I terminate the actual call.

I have read all the BCM50 ICC literature and I am still lost!
Here is what I have done so far:

1. created an Agent
2. created a skillset

Does anyone have a simple way to do this?

Thats good so far. Need to assign your line to the CC in Call Pilot manager record your wait greetings build the CC routes wait times and greetings.

The thing is that I would like people who choose option 4 in CCR Tree or dial extension 224 to end up in the CC.
Can this be done. I do not want to assigne a target line to the CC but just and extension!
