My customer successfully access to reuters 3000 Xtra Hosted Terminal and when launches 3000 Xtra 501 Citrix ICA Web client prompt the following: -
Proxy authentication required
Proxy: proxyname:8080
Status: NTLM
Username:
Password:
When user populated NT Username and password, the application successfully launches. The NT username and password is the same used to login to this pc.
Questions
1. How to disable or pass-through this authentication since the same username and password used i.e NT authentication
2. I have checked with Reuters support and they claim this is something to do with our ISA proxy setup. I have monitored the traffic when customer access to this site and found no error report except, Proxy authentication required.
