ICA Web Client (Not Udpating)

The ICA Web Client one the Web Interface server was recently updated to the latest client, but they say that it is not updating clients when they connect... I have been tasked with finding out why... I suspect that they only replaced the old ica32t.exe file with the new one... Is there more to this updating process than that? If so that is probably the issue... Any ideas?

I would check the version of the web client on your web interface server.
Check the "c:\inetpub\

http://wwwroot\citrix\icaweb\en\ica32"

directory and make sure there is a ica32..exe file in there.

Then check the web interface configuration under the client update section. Make sure you have that configuration set properly in web interface.
