ICA Printer Configuration Utility

We run three citrix servers in a small farm. Two of which allow you to use the ICA Printer Config Utility without any issues, you can add and delete printers as you wish.

For some reason the 3rd server will not allow you to delete or add printers, the options are completely greyed out (both the buttons and the menu).

Does anyone have any idea why this may be?

Problem solved, it turned out to be Embedded XP causing the issues. Switched back to CE and all is well.
