ICA Dial in modem doesn't auto answer

Hi there,

I have recently installed a Win2k server with Metaframe XP which is working fine. However, I have a requirement to give one user a remote dialup connection. I want to use ICA dialin to accomplish this and have just installed a Hayes Accura v.92 PCI card in my server to provide this service. However, despite setting everything up (apparently correctly) the modem simply will NOT auto answer. Has anyone else seen such an issue and can anyone offer any possible solutions?

Make sure your modem is not configured for RAS as well. you can only use one dial in option (ica or ras) or the other for any given modem.

Nope, the modem is solely for the use of ICA dial in.

Any other suggestions please?
