The ICA client is using the Telephony API installed in Win95 to handle to io requirements to telephony devices. For some reason, whether it be a bad tapi installation or some other problem, the Cirtrix client is having problems opening it. If you wish to get rid of the problem and not use the TAPI interface you may simply do this:<br>
Add the following entry in your WFCLIENT.INI file under the [WFClient] section:<br>

UseTAPI=off<br>
<br>
This causes the client to operate in downlevel mode and act as if TAPI does not exist. <br>

This is acutally a windows 95 error that is simply being reported when Meta/Winframe is trying to use the TAPI service. I would sugguest re-installing TAPI support and that should take care of it as well.<br>
