ICA Client Problem

Here is an interesting problem. We have a workstation running Windows XP Pro. It has ran the Citrix client fine for months. Now however, when you launch the ICA Client, it resets the Color from 32-bit to 8-bit. Also, when you exit the client your mouse disappears and you must reboot. I have checked the connection settings and nothing has been changed. Does anyone have any ideas on this?

No one has seen this problem? How about it Citrix Engineer, you have any suggestions. This is a really irritating problem.

I had a similar problem (mouse wasn't disappearing) and tracked it down to a global setting change in the video resolution. Have you tried uninstalling, then re-installing the Citrix client. How about rolling back to an older version of the client(has fixed some probs for me) or downloading and installing newer client from thier website. First thing I'd check though is video settings on both client, published app, and server.
