ICA Client on W2k Professional problem

This is not my experience, check that the installation of the client is
a)if not installable by normal users then is at least accessible by all users using appropriate right assignments on file structure, or
b)installable by a normal user and therefore available in their profile, or
c)installed by administrator or power user but used by normal users because there are no local profiles on the machine and everyone shares the same desktop
