ICA Client on USB Drive?

I had heard that there is an ICA client that can be loaded on a USB drive that can then be used on a PC without installing. I am looking to resolve some situations where users are travelling and try to access the company server from a public PC that will not allow the download and install of the ICA client and may also have the RDP client blocked. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
