ICA Client Not Launching Published Apps

I am useing ICA client version 9.0 and connecto to a Metafram Server 3 on windows 2000 server and the ica client is asablishing the connection to the metafram server but not launching the published apps after connect the connection just hangs.

try checking the security settings

citrix icon in tray => properties => file security

make sure you have "full access" and "never ask me again" flagged.

I have check the security. I have also tried a different user that works. I have 1 user that they can use the published apps about 3 to 5 times and them the apps just stop launching that are getting connect to the Metaframe server but once they are connected no apps launch. I have found KB articles on the citrix website and on the MS website and I have applied both patched to the server and still have no resolution for one user the other 8 users that had the same issue are fine now. I have deleted and rebuilt the profiles on the Terminal Server as well as the local work station I have also replaced the local work station this one user is commecting through a VPN tunnel from a remote location, but other users at the same location are fine.

Please Help ASAP

Check the printers installed locally on the client and make sure the drivers are installe don the citrix server.
Also check if your applications are set to "start this application without waiting for printers to be created".
Printers can cause a lot of issues that seem to have nothing to do with printers.
