ICA Client login error concerning IMA service

Hello,
When i try to log into Citrix XP,i recieve the "the system was unable to acquire a citric product liscense.The IMA service may not be running.I have 3 valid liscenses that are not yet active.The IMA service is also running on the server.Is there any explanation as to why this is occuring?

You need to activate the licenses. You say you have 3 - are these evaluation licenses? The retail packs tend to be 15 or 20-user minimum, except the educational ones, which are 2 or 5 (or were, last time I looked!).
