I am having a problem connecting to Citrix server that is not protected by any firewalls. I can access the server from home when am using my DSL line, but at work, when I am behind a PIX 515 firewall, I can not access it. I can ping the server, I can get the ICA client to come back with the server name but it will not connect. I have tried to give my PC full inbound and outbound access on our firewall for all TCP/UDP and ICMP requests and it still does not work. Am I missing something here? please help !!!

You're sure ports 1494 and 443 are open?

You'll have to do some troubleshooting. Start by trying to telnet to that ip on port 1494. If you get a screen flickering ICA repeatedly, then we know that you can talk to the server like an ica client would. Post feedback to continue.
example: telnet 205.205.205.2 1494
