Hi
I have Avaya interaction center IC 7.2 connected to Definity system
Without any known reason (no upgrade on any avaya component), agents who have mail channel enabled, started to get error:
Failed to laod JVM.DLL. WebAgent cannot be launched.
After that application is just closed
When I remove mail channel from agent, they can start application without any problem.
Did any of you had similar problem?
Do you now how to solve it (without reinstallation of application)?
