IC Post Error 1

I have Accpac 5.4 on all the latest service packs.Can anyone help out here?Iam tring to post opening balances and Iam getting this error.

Description: Internal error. postw-finish-adj-hdr (1728 ICPOSTW1.C). Write down the message, leave ACCPAC and Windows and return to the system prompt. Reset your computer and try the task again. See Appendix A in the I/C User Guide.

Run RVSPY to see which record has a problem, then diagnose from there.

I have run RVSPY and looks like a table called ICUNIQ has the problem.I have checked in the database and the table has no data.Anyone knows how to fix this?

Add a record manually, or restore it from backup. It's supposed to contain the next receipt, shipment, and adjustment numbers.

For anyone else who'll ever have this problem,The numbers in ICOPT and ICUNIQ should be the same.
