IC Physical Count

Hi,

We have some branches cycle counting and one of our branches posted their IC reconciliation and no batch was created in the GL. I copied their data over to my test server and posted the reconciliation and it worked on my test server (ie the batch was created in the GL). The quantities have updated correctly in IC, but nothing in the GL.

Thoughts?

Version?
Service packs?
Are the versions exactly the same on both systems?

Run IC day end and then IC Periodic Processing, Create GL batches.
