Hi,
I successfully loaded Accpac For Windows 4.2A Pervasive SQL in Sage Accpac 5.5 SQL 2008 R2 with latest sp.

When I activate Inventory Control I get the following error message.

It says Adding Keys to transaction history and the following error message:

'Description: Internal error. ICUPGD.VerifyKeysToBeAdded: Cannot add keys 1 - 2 for table ICHIST, because 1 keys are expected but 2 exist(s) in the table. (3035 ICUPGD1.C). Write down the message, leave ACCPAC and Windows and return to the system prompt. Reset your computer and try the task again. See Appendix A in the I/C User Guide. '

The error refer to table ICHIST

I get the same error even if I empty the table ICHIST.

Thank you for your assistance.

You're going to get the same answer on this forum as you did on the Sage forum, the same experts are in both.

You have a non-standard setup on that table, such as from a third party application. You need to dump and load your data with a virgin data dictionary from another company with the same modules activated except the third app.

If the third party app was a UniDevco app, there are macros to delete the indexes before the upgrade, your Accpac consultant should have told you about this.
