IC 5.3A Adjustment Processing

After creating an adjustment consisting of both Cost decrease and increase in IC 5.3A+Sp3, I ran an intgrity check and was prompted with the following error:

"1. Adjustment Audit List Detail. Database error (operation=REV-POST, error=0)
2. Internal error. icpostaProcess-01 (4328 ICPOSTa1.C). Write down themessage ....
3. Day End Processing could not process all transactions.

DIC reveals that Transfers exists that do not have header details (Incorrect procedure type of error message).

Please help with the explanation as to the meaning of the error and how to resolve it.

That is a typical database corruption.
Run database verify and see if reports any errors.
Also run the Pervasive Rebuild utility on the data files, I'm assuming it is a Pervasive database.
