IBMHTTP config

I'm using Stronghold HTTP server on Solaris machine :
I got the following message in error.log
server reached MaxClients setting,
consider raising the MaxClients setting

the seting values in httpd.conf are
MaxClient 150
MinSpareServers 2
MaxSpareServers 5

Can everybody tell me what's wrong with this values and how kind of connection is there between the directives above.
