Hi All - Looking to see if anyone has ever encountered the TouchPad option missing from the BIOS. The trackpoint is listed but the touchpad option below it is gone. The BIOS was updated with the 3/30/06 version on the Lenovo site. I updated another Z60T with that BIOS and the touchpad option is still there, so I don't see it as the BIOS update issue. I am not sure if the former user did something to get rid of this option or what

Any thoughts would be greatly apprecaited

Not seen that happen. It may have been a bad flash on the BIOS. You could try flashing it again.

but once you have installed a BIOS you are unable to install it again or roll it back, right?

No, you should be able to re-flash the BIOS. Also most BIOS flash programs allow you to create a backup of the old BIOS before you flash, that way you can go back if you need to.
