IBM x3850(8863-XX4) Drive issues

I have the above server here at work, and our OS drive keeps going offline. It's in a Raid 5 and all I get as an error code is:
"Logical drive is offline: controller 1, logical drive 1."
and then the "unexpected reboot" msg from the event log. The system automatically reboots after this message and comes back up and will run for a month or so and then do the same thing. I'm not sure what's causing the problem. All drives status report as good, the controller reports a good status with no bad stripes, the battery on the controller reports as good. Any ideas?
It's a IBM ServeRAID 8i Controller card. If you need any other details let me know.
