IBM x3650 and KVM

I have 5 IBM x3650 servers and KVM+LCD Aten CL-1216.

I want to connect those servers to KVM, using PS2->USB adapters ( KVM cables are 2xPS/2 and VGA ).

But only keybord is working ( Windows 2003 R3 ), touchpad on KVM doesn't work.

Perhaps someone has experience with connecting x3650 to non IBM KVM with PS/2 cables and PS/2->USB adapters, so Can I use single or dual PS/2 port adapters ?
