IBM X346 driver needed to install Mikrotik RouterOS

I have several IBM X346 servers and the only way i can install Mikrotik RouterOS is using an external usb drive which defeats the purpose of using a redundant server. I am trying to get a linux guru to rewrite the install files but they will need drivers to suit my server so RouterOS can see the scsi drives.
