IBM x3400 7976 - power failure 1

The server will boot to sbs 2003 as long as I hold the power button down, but if I release the button the server goes off.
AC & DC led-s are green. Any help?

Known issue when there are bad caps on the system board. Replace system board.

The ones that fail, are usually next to the PCI slots, check them carefully.
