We have 6 IBM X220 8645-3AX servers and we have been getting an error that IBM can't even explain. In the middle of the day one of the six (it is running Windows 2000 Server, Citrix MetaFrame 1.8 FR1 SP3) freezes all terminal sessions and then on the console appears. "Unsafe Removal Of Device". For about 10 things such as Floppy Controller, Processor, etc. We need some ideas because this is really annoying.

Sounds like a faulty PCI Controller chip...probably overheating and going open circuit.
I would open a call with IBM and get it replaced.
