We are running RAID 1 V4.84 on x series 342 servers. The problem is we have lost 2 RAID controllers and when they went they took both drives with it. After the controller was replaced the config was saved from the drive to the controller but no boot device was found and both drives were set to DDD. Any ideas ?

Try setting one of the drives ONL and booting the server. If it comes up, copy your important data to a safe location. Then run CHKDSK - do not fix errors. Shutdown, set the HDD to DDD, then the other to ONL, attempt to boot, run CHKDSK again - do not fix errors, shutdown. The drive with no (or least) errors is the "good" HDD. Set the good HDD to ONL the other to DDD, boot to the OS, rebuild the DDD drive. The HDD is most likely not bad when both go DDD, so a rebuild to the same drive will fix the errors.
