IBM Websphere Configuration?

Hello,

Does any one know if I can configure websphere to run a java application in an external dos window instead of running in Websphere's console? I need to run two applications at once and I can't seem to be able to shutdown the first one (without using the task manager) after the second one starts using the console window.

This is not a pure java question. At the very least, it's a J2EE one and maybe there's a Forum specially for WebSphere?
