My work PC is an IBM ThinkPad laptop. When at work I use a regular keyboard with it. Last night I took it home to do some work and tried using the keyboard on it. All of the keys worked fine on it except for when I try using the J it types a 1, K is a 2, L is a 3, U is a 4, I is a 5, etc. How do I shut this off? I would have guessed that the number lock was the function that was doing this but it did not work. I have tried most of the function keys. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yeah it is to do with num lock. think u have to hold down the function key and hit numlock to turn it off.

if its not function numlock then its either alt- numlock or shift - numlock try them all.
