IBM T23 Laptop Wifi OEM card (from b to g)

All,
I currently have a IBM T23 with the original "b" wifi card. Its works great, but would like to kick up the speed to "g". Does anyone know if there is a replacement internal card available? I really don't want to utilize a seperate card. Would like to remove the card in the laptop and replace it with a "g" one.

easiest way is to use a external network card. It would be the most inexpensive route.
