Greetings all,
I have an IBM Sure POS 500 that has XP freshly installed. However, I've tried about 10 different versions of the micro touch drivers, and none of them are able to see the touch controller.
Two noteworthy points:
1)I still have the hard drive containing Windows 98se that was previously in the system--if I put that drive back in, the touch works just fine, no problems. So, I know it isn't a hardware failure.
2) Simply "forcing" the micro touch drivers to use COM5 (what it was using in win98) did not work.
Is there something else that needs to be done here, or some proprietary driver that needs to be used (now using 5.63 sr).
Thanks!
